2 Adidas update: Customer data stolen in supply chain attack

The leak exposed contact information of customers who had previously contacted Adidas’ customer service center, the third such leak the company has experienced in recent times after hacks in South Korea and Turkey.

4 Arkana hacker group attacks British mining company Anglo American
The Arkana hacker group has published a statement about a hack into Anglo American plc, a British multinational mining corporation with revenues of over $27.29 billion. According to the claims, the attackers managed to steal 2.666 terabytes of sensitive information from the company.

The stolen data includes details of Anglo-American subsidiaries such as Amplats and De Beers, as well as information related to the company’s business partners including BHP, BMW, Harmony and Rand Water. The attackers published examples of the stolen data to prove their claims.
5 Spain’s Deportivo La Coruna football club hit by cyber attack – subscriber data stolen
Spanish football club Deportivo La Coruna has issued a statement to its subscribers following a cyber attack that compromised the company’s systems and exposed the personal data of the club’s subscribers. The attack took place on Friday, May 16, and affected one of the club’s databases.
