1. Large-scale attack on US water infrastructure
Cyber-attacks have hit water and sewage systems in at least 7 US states, including Minnesota, Michigan and Georgia.
Highlights of the incident:
- Over 30 water facilities were affected in Minnesota and 9 more in Michigan.
- In some cases, disruptions were recorded in control systems (OT/PLC).
- Drinking water quality was not affected.
- The FBI and CISA are investigating, and suspicion is directed at Iranian attackers.
2. Amgen – Medical and business information leaked
Pharmaceutical giant Amgen reported a data leak from third-party cloud environments.
The information exposed:
- Patient medical information.
- The company’s business and proprietary information.
The company has launched an investigation and is still investigating the scope of the incident.

3. Healthcare Highways Ransomware Attack
Chaos ransomware group claims to have breached Healthcare Highways.
According to the publication:
- Approximately 235GB of sensitive data was stolen.
- The organization connects hospitals, insurance companies and employers in the US.
- A 24-hour ultimatum was set.
4. UK – Police force data leaked
A hack into the PNLD legal database exposed the data of more than 100,000 police and judicial system employees.
The information exposed
- Names.
- Organizational email addresses.
- Affiliation and roles.
The information could be used for phishing and phishing attacks.
5. Over $100 Million Stolen from Coldcard Wallets
A weakness in the key generation mechanism of Coldcard wallets allowed attackers to recover private keys.
Scope of the attack:
- Approximately 5,200 wallets.
- Approximately 1,816 Bitcoins were stolen.
- Estimated value: Over $100 million.
Recommendation for users:
- Update version.
- Create a new wallet.
